The In-Home Sales Consultant is a core member of our organization. They are responsible for in-home design consultations of bath remodels for residential customers. We are looking for sales consultants who have done "business to consumer/customer" type sales. You must possess impeccable customer service skills, a strong drive for results, and the ability to navigate a complex conversation to close the deal.

Training begins March 13, 2023

• 100% Commission + Sales Bonuses
• 7 weeks paid sales training
• On average Sales reps make $120k – 150k
• Top Earners above $200k

** Key Responsibilities **

Running up to 15 pre-qualified leads per week (in home appointments generated/set by our call center) 1-3 appointments per day, working every other Saturday.

Will be driving daily to appointments, MUST be okay with driving up to 70 miles daily to appointments.

Absolutely no prospecting!

You will be making in-home presentations with top homeowner leads who have expressed interest in receiving information regarding their bathroom (your leads are generated for you and call center sets appointment).

Job Qualifications (Required):

• Minimum of 6 months to 1-year experience in an outside sales role (preferred, but not required)
• Business to consumer type sales
• Ability to adapt to new procedures and follow our scripts/system
• Technologically experienced in using an iPad
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs. without restrictions
• Must have a valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and car insurance
• Must be willing to drive your own vehicle, we do not provide vehicles
• Must be able to handle a high volume of driving

Schedule:

• Full time-5 days a week, including every other Saturday.
• Mornings, days, evenings (appointments are scheduled between 10:00 AM- 6:00 PM and can last up to 3 hours)
• Road warrior - must be comfortable driving an average of 500-800 miles a week.
